WINDOW TINTING LIFETIME GUARANTEE
Every window tint job performed by NW Window Tinting will include a lifetime guarantee. What does this mean to you? It means that if the window film fails by peeling, bubbling, discoloring, delamination, adhesive failure, hazing, rippling, cracking and/or fading, it will be replaced at no charge to the original invoiced customer with ID, also, said customer must have their NW Window Tinting invoice (or applicable substitute) present at the time of removal and re-installation. This is not a transferable guarantee. Our guarantee also covers the installation of the film by our team! If your film has debris or installation scratches, within industry standards or at managers discretion, it will be replaced at no charge. This is not a manufacturer guarantee. This guarantee is offered by NW Window Tinting LLC to its invoiced customers. In edition to our in-house guarantee, every film we carry has a manufacturer limited lifetime warranty available at customers request and at no charge. CLEAR BRA / PPF LIFETIME GUARANTEE
Our in-house lifetime guarantee for our Clear Bra / PPF customers is aligned with the high standards of our window film guarantee, emphasizing our commitment to superior installation quality. This guarantee ensures that, as long as you, the original invoiced customer, own your vehicle and possess the invoice from the original purchase (or an applicable substitute), we stand behind our installation work. Should any issues arise from the installation process itself, such as bubbling or peeling at the edges of the film, we will rectify these at no additional cost to you.
It's important to note that our focus is on the excellence of our installation service. The clear bra / PPF material carries a separate manufacturer warranty of 5 years, reflecting confidence in its durability, with many instances of it lasting over 10 years without signs of failure. However, our lifetime guarantee is specifically designed to cover the craftsmanship of our installation.
This installation-centric guarantee is not transferable and is subject to industry standards and managerial discretion, particularly concerning installation defects and the presence of debris.
IMPLIED WARRANTY
There are no implied warranties other that what is mentioned above for above said products and installations. Due to not having a manufacturer warranty, taillight and headlight, tinting, coating and all other vinyl products and installations has no expressed warranty but can be replaced due to installer error or debris under material, at managers discretion. Most vinyl products can go many years without failure of any kind. That being said, if there is an issue, the invoiced customer may contact us with any concerns to have them resolved. You must have original invoice and be original purchaser before re-installation is performed.
ABUSE: Is considered any damage that happens after a customer takes delivery of their vehicle. This includes but not limited to: Scratching (NOT installation scratches), peeling from premature use of windows before film is cured, glass breakage, seat belt chips (small pin holes from contact with seat belt), chemical damage (Windex etc.), use of pressure washers, over buffing materials, etc. Abuse is not considered under above said guarantee and re-installations will be mediated and approved by the store manager.
